Use this durable, positionable vinyl film to create commercial vehicle or fleet markings, emblems, striping, labels and general signage on stainless steel. Film 181-10 is especially well suited for large graphics because it features 3M's patented pressure-activated adhesive, making it easier to reposition graphics until firm pressure is applied during installation.

When used with compatible products, produced by one of 3M's Scotchprint® Graphics Authorized Manufacturer and applied according to written instructions, this material can be used to produce a Scotchprint® Graphic.

• Film 181-10 is ideal for use on irregular stainless steel surfaces, including corrugations and rivets.
• The adhesive on this film is gray, giving it excellent hiding power.

Film 181-10:

• is a 2 mil (0.05 mm) opaque vinyl film; 3 to 4 mil (0.08 to 0.10 mm) with the adhesive
• has a positionable, pressure-activated adhesive for easier application of large graphics
• has a 94# polyethylene-coated paper liner

Film 181-10 has been specially formulated for use on stainless steel. This film can be used on flat surfaces with and without rivets, corrugated surfaces with rivets and simple and moderate compound curves.

It has an application temperature range from 50º to 100°F (10° to 38°C) on flat surfaces and 55° to 100°F (12° to 38°C) on corrugated surfaces.

Film 181-10 is available in 36"and 54" wide x 50-yard long rolls. Longer roll lengths are available upon request.

Unprocessed film has a shelf life of two years; processed film has a shelf life of one year. It should be stored in a clean, dry area, out of direct sunlight and at a temperature less than 100°F (38°C).
